Asset Valuation Login

Instructions to submit Annual Assets Valuation online:

  1. Provide your IRA Account number (including the 3 letter prefix), the last 4 digits of your social security number and date of birth in the following boxes below step 5.
  2. Click the 'Submit' button to bring your account information up on the next screen.
  3. You will then enter the new value, the date of this valuation (must be a date later than your previous submission) and click on the box with an asterisk (*) next to it after reading the content.
  4. Finally click the 'Submit' button.
  5. You will then go back to the main screen but there will be a message telling you that your submission online was successful.

    Once you submit your online valuation through this portal, there is no need to submit a paper valuation.

Important: You will not be able to use the portal to submit your valuation if:

  • You're planning a taxable event, like a distribution or a Roth conversion
  • You're taking RMDs

If either of these scenarios apply to you, please complete the appropriate form below which you'll find by scrolling to the bottom of this page.

If you are invested in Notes or Precious Metals, it is not necessary to submit a valuation.

Important:

You cannot use the portal and will be required to complete and submit one of the forms below if you:

  • Take RMD's (you will not be subject to the $35 administrative fee)
  • A taxable event is planned, such as distribution or Roth conversion.

You may be subject to a $35 adminstrative fee.

IRA LLC Valuation
Use this form if your account holds an IRA LLC.
If your IRA LLC is invested in real estate, complete this form – do not complete the form below.

Real Estate Valuation
Use this form if you hold real estate directly in your IRA.
If you hold real estate in an IRA LLC, do not complete this form – you must complete the form listed above.

IRA Asset Valuation
Please use this form for all other asset types. Please be aware that Notes and Precious Metals do not require annual valuations.
